Our lobster meat is flash-frozen to preserve freshness and quality. Lobster is caught off the coast of Maine and sent to Nova Scotia to be processed. 

Shipping & Handling

Your order will be shipped with an Expedited Service (1-2 Business Days) and you will get notified via email to track your package to it’s destination.

Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday to help guarantee delivery on a week day.

Lobster Roll kits will be shipped in a food grade cooler with gel packs to keep product cold.

Once order ships, you’ll be emailed a Tracking # so you can prepare for delivery.
